President Obama’s birth certificate has become an issue since the U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section 1, clause 5 states: “No person except a natural born Citizen,…. shall be eligible to the Office of President….” If President Obama was not born in Hawaii as he claims, then he is not eligible to be president and must be removed from office. It has caused many to wonder why he is withholding the controversial long-form birth certificate or if he has it at all.

Niel Abercrombie, the new Democrat Governor of Hawaii and friend of Obama, wanted to put the issue to rest and announced he was going to end the controversy and provide the birth certificate. However, he later announced he can not find any birth certificate or record of birth in any Hawaii hospital or signature from any doctor.

In Kenya, there is a filed Court Declaration and a copy of Kenian hospital Birth Certificate for Barack Hussein Obama (http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/?p=4156) The Mombasa, Kenya Registrar of births state that Obama’s birth certificate is genuine and that it was obtained recently directly from the Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya. Grandmother of President Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. reveals the story of his birth in Mombasa, Kenya, after his mother began to go into labor while swimming at ocean beach in Mombasa. “On August 4, 1961 Obama’s mother, father and grandmother were attending a Muslim festival in Mombasa, Kenya. Mother had been refused entry to airplanes due to her 9 month pregnancy. It was a hot August day at the festival so the Obama’s went to the beach to cool off. While swimming in the ocean his mother experienced labor pains so was rushed to the Coast Provincial General Hospital, Mombasa, Kenya where Obama was born a few hours later at 7:21 pm on August 4, 1961. Four days later his mother flew to Hawaii and registered his birth in Honolulu as a certificate of live birth which omitted the place and hospital of birth.”

According to World Net Daily, images of two 1961 Hawaii birth certificates similar to the one President Obama purportedly has on file have now been unveiled after it was revealed a worker named John forged the Certificate of Live Birth according to various sites. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9QdyLOUHz-A) The Honolulu Advertiser published photostats of the original long-form birth certificates of twin daughters born to Eleanor Nordyke at Kapi’olani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital Aug. 5, 1961, one day after Obama was supposedly born at the same facility. The Nordykes’ certificates include information missing from the short-form document for Obama published on line, including the name of the hospital, the name of the attending physician, name and address of the parents, the race of the parents and the race of the baby. A close examination of the birth certificates issued by Kapi’olani to the Nordyke twins shows the registration number precedes the number given Obama, even though the future president was born a day earlier.
Susan Nordyke was born at 2:12 p.m. Hawaii time and was given No. 151 – 61 – 10637, which was filed with the Hawaii registrar Aug. 11, 1961.

According to a version of Obama’s purported short-form certificate available from FactCheck.org, Obama was given a higher registration number than the Nordyke twins. The online image indicates the number is No. 151 – 1961 – 10641, even though he was born Aug. 4, 1961, the day before the twins, and his birth was registered with the Hawaii registrar three days earlier, Aug. 8, 1961.

The long-form birth certificate, which is the center of the controversy, which would have the name of the hospital as well as the doctor’s signature is missing. Tim Adams, the former senior elections clerk for Honolulu has signed an affidavit declaring the “long-form and the hospital -generated document absent”. Further, the White House is refusing to release information about it or if it even exists. Reports that it may have been destroyed when the department moved to electronic file keeping in 2001, has turned out to be false as all the birth certificates during 1961, when Obama was born are available as in the case of the Nordyke twins. The long form birth certificate is missing while the Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth is a forgery. In the USA, all births are registered by hospitals and not by mothers. It’s not just Obama’s original birth certificate at issue. World Net Daily has also reported that among the documentation unavailable from Obama includes his kindergarten records, his Punahou school records, his Occidental College records, his Columbia University records, his Columbia thesis, his Harvard Law School records, his Harvard Law Review articles, his scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, his passport, his medical records, his files from his years as an Illinois state senator, his Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records, and his adoption records. Further, how can you apply for financial assistance at Occidental College as a foreign student and travel to Pakistan during years that US citizens with US passports were not allowed to travel there?

Is President Obama really eligible to be president? Apparently, even those close to him acknowledges that he can not provide the long-form birth certificate because the original still remains in Mombasa, Kenya. Therefore, the evidence is surmountable that he is not eligible to be president, which explains why he has spent two million to cover up the controversy.

Frank Aquila may have had a hand in shaping history.

As a chairman of the San Joaquin County John McCain for President Campaign – the Manteca resident was also in charge of organizing the south San Joaquin County Republicans – he lobbied for Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin for the Vice Presidential nomination back in April.

“That was before anyone really heard of her,” said Aquila on Monday.

According to http://www.newsmax.com – the nation’s leading independent news site for focusing on breaking news and politics – Palin’s name wasn’t even on the radar among the 24 possible running mates listed for McCain back then.

Included were Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney.

“We needed someone who could bring some excitement back to the party,” Aquila said.

He was concerned about Democrat Barack Obama’s rock star image. But Palin on the ticket could provide a similar-type boost for the Republicans, Aquila believed.

“McCain’s campaign needed a young face,” he said.

Aquila initially heard about the highly-touted Palin on a radio program and conducted his own research. In particular, he liked what Palin brought to the table – intelligence, good looks, and a strong set of moral and family values.

“She’s a rising star,” said Aquila, pointing out her fast climb from coaching youth sports to serving on the city council, mayor and governor.

Starting on April 21, he sent the first of his five e-mails to his regional campaign chairman Brian Forrest and state co-chair Bob Pacheco on Palin.

“I would like to make a brief case for Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin. Her nomination for Vice President would be the worse news for Democrats,” Aquila wrote.

After Obama selected Joe Biden as his running mate, Aquila pushed up his lobbying efforts on behalf of the Alaska governor.

“It is even more essential John McCain pick Sarah Palin for Vice President,” he said in his Aug. 21 e-mail.

A few days later, Aquila received a response from Pacheco.

“Frank, I have previously passed on your comment (about Palin for VP). They are aware of your position on the issue,” Pacheco said in his e-mail dated Aug. 25.

By then, Palin was beginning to receive national recognition. In fact, a few articles mentioned her as a possible VP candidacy, including one entitled, “Why Sarah Palin?”

Aquila had never met Pacheco, and was surprised to receive a telephone call from the state co-chairman for the Republican Party.

“He sent his congratulations and said, ‘you got your girl,'” recalled Aquila. “I still get goose bumps (thinking back on that moment).”

Pacheco, who served with McCain in the U.S. Navy and Vietnam, had been forwarding all of Aquila’s e-mails directly to the top advisors.

They were the ones who helped pick Palin.

However, several news sources had linked Joe Lieberman, a former Democrat turned third party, as McCain’s first choice.

Aquila said Palin brought some excitement to the GOP.

Some, including Michael Reagan, the former president’s son, have compared her to Ronald Reagan.

“She’s the (presidential) front-runner for 2012,” said Aquila, who has spearheaded the South San Joaquin County Republicans since its founding in 2005.

Currently, his chapter has the support of about 1,300 members from Manteca, Lathrop, Tracy, Ripon, and Escalon.

Did Aquila’s e-mails make a difference?

“While I’m not 100 percent certain, I would like to think so,” he said.

Martin Luther King, unknown to most, was a Republican. He believed Black America should strive to achieve the most of each opportunity through a dream of equality.

Most in Black America aligned themselves as Democrats through the social programs of the New Deal created by President Franklin D. Roosevelt, although he appointed a life member of the Ku Klux Klan, Sen. Hugo Black, Democrat of Alabama to the Supreme Court and in 1944, FDR chose as his vice president Harry Truman, who had joined the Ku Klux Klan in Kansas City in 1922. Prior to Roosevelt’s New Deal, a majority of Black America had been Republican, thanks in part to President Abraham Lincoln’s yeoman efforts to end slavery.

While Black America has been loyal to the Democrat party, Black America has been taken for granted by the Democrat party, using racial divisions and pandering from social dependence of government to maintain the base of Black America without providing any substance in return. Even today, the driving force behind policies like affirmative action is the liberal belief that Black America can’t make it in America without assistance from the left. Such government assistance and lowering of educational standards have only weakened Black America. These lower educational standards, such as Ebonics, where English is mixed with slang, only places Black American youths at a disadvantage.

The Republican Party believes in standards of aspiration, provided by education, hard work, and a strong family to teach inner values to their children. The Republican Party is the party of Abraham Lincoln, the first Republican president. Under President Lincoln, the Republican Party was formed as the anti-slavery party, which believed in a color-blind society, where “all people are created equal”.

The Democrats? They supported slavery and were the ones turning water hoses and dogs on black protesters in the 1960’s. Remember Governor George Wallace? Democrat. Bull Connor? Democrat. United States Attorney General, Robert Kennedy, Democrat, used wiretapping to spy on Martin Luther King. The President of the Senate and current United States Senator, Robert Byrd (Democrat – West Virginia) has commonly used the term “nigger” in the past. He was not only a former member of the Ku Klux Klan, he was a “Grand Kleagle” – an official recruiter who signed members for $10 a head. He joined because it “offered excitement” and because the Klan was an effective force in “promoting American values.”

Although he no longer claims to be a Klan member, this Democrat leader filibustered the 1964 Civil Rights Act for more than 14 hours. He has also opposed the nomination of the United States Supreme Court’s only two black justices, liberal Thurgood Marshall and conservative Clarence Thomas. During the vote of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, 82 percent of Republicans in the Senate voted for it while only 64 percent of Democrats supported it.

As recently as the 1980s, Sen. Ernest Hollings, Democrat of South Carolina, publicly referred to blacks as “darkies” and Hispanics as “wetbacks” without suffering any punishment from his party.

In 1983, Republican President Ronald Reagan signed into law “Martin Luther King Day” as a national holiday. However in 1985, then Governor Bill Clinton, Democrat, signed Act 985 into law making the birth dates of Martin Luther King and Robert E. Lee, the general who led the Confederate Army, state holidays on the same day in Arkansas.

For 12 years, Governor Clinton did nothing to remove the Confederate symbol in the state flag nor did he make any attempt to repeal a law that designated “Confederate Flag Day” as the Saturday immediately proceeding Easter each year. President Clinton has been hailed as “America’s first black president” and seen favorably in Black America; but what has he done for Black America? On May 5, 1993, he praised ex-Arkansas Senator J. William Fulbright, as “my mentor” as he gave the nation’s highest civilian award – The Presidential Medal of Freedom- to a man who spent the vast majority of his public career and life as a proud segregationist, who voted against the 1964 and 1965 Civil Rights Act.

Republican President George W. Bush has appointed more black Americans to higher positions than any other American president. If President Bush were a Democrat, many, if not most in Black America would find his record commendable; but since he is a Republican, he gets no credit for the positive initiatives he has undertaken that would benefit Black America including a voucher program for disadvantaged students in predominately black areas who are mired in under performing schools, allowing parents a choice where they can send their children to school. However, this program has been blocked by Democrats.

If anyone in Black America votes or run for office as a Republican, they are immediately characterized as a traitor by the Democrat Party, often slandering and using fear tactics to hold on to a base they have taken for granted.

In 2006, Ken Blackwell and Lynn Swann each ran for governor in Ohio and Pennsylvania respectively, while Michael Steele ran for the senate in Maryland. Each faced racism as Oreo cookies were thrown at them, portraying them as black on the outside; but white inside.

While there are racist on the right and the left, according to a study at Yale, white Republicans were more likely to vote for a Republican candidate who is black while white Democrats were less likely to vote for black Democrat candidate.

Does the Democrat Party take advantage of those in Black America? Is it good for Black America to be represented mainly by one political party? Black America can not gain political leverage if the Democrat Party is not forced to compete. The traditional solutions of the Democrat Party have not truly served Black America. It is time for Black America to believe they can do better and achieve the dream envisioned by Martin Luther King.

The news of the shooting of Representative Gabrielle Gifford and the death of six other individuals, including Federal Judge John Roll and nine year old Christina Greene was both senseless and tragic. As tragic as this event was, the aftermath was also disturbing. The first irresponsible reports from the left wing media blamed Sarah Palin and the TEA Party as responsible for the shooting (www.newsmax.com/Headline/gabrielle- giffords-Jared-Loughn… ) assuming a conservative must have shot the democratic lawmaker, before it was learned that 22 year old Jared Loughner, a “left leaning liberal” and self proclaimed communist and admirer of Karl Marx, who was a follower of the Communist Manifesto, hated God, religion, and the constitution as well as advocating the burning of the American flag, was responsible for the murder. Representative Linda Lopez also politicized the event blaming the TEA party and American veterans before the real facts were revealed. Loughner was neither a veteran or a member of any TEA party and his attack against representative Gifford may well have to do with her moderate stance or recent voting against Nancy Pelosi as minority leader.
Then with the horrible tragic death of 9 year old Christina, Fred Phelps, a former three-time Democratic Gubernatorial candidate and enormous supporter of Al Gore, who also claims to be a pastor of a church, announced to disrupt her funeral. On a day to remember the tragic death of this little girl, who was born on September 11, 2001, this monster does not represent anyone but hate and evil. While TEA party and conservatives offered prayer to both the family and the victims and well as a speedy recovery for Representative Gifford, the liberals (both politicians and media) would salivate at the opportunity to use this tragic event to their advantage before knowing the facts that one of their own caused the tragedy.
