Obama Released Terrorist Leader of ISIS
Abu Bakr al Baghadadi, the terrorist leader of the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Shams (ISIS) along with thousands of other terrorists, were released from custody in 2009 by President Obama. American forces had captured Baghadadi and held him in a detention facility in Camp Bucca in Iraq until Obama closed the prison, releasing Baghadadi and the other terrorists. As Baghadadi left the prison, his ominous parting words were, “I’ll see you guys in New York.”
Baghadadi is an Islamic fundamentalist and was a leader in the al-Qaeda network. He had been connected to the intimidation, torture, kidnapping, and murder of civilians, according to a 2005 U.S. intelligence report.
Five years later, Baghadadi has organized an Islamic army of an estimated 31,000 ruthless killers in a large region of Syria and Iraq with supporting cells throughout Europe, Australia, Africa, Asia, Central America, and even in cities throughout the United States. The Islamic army leaves a trail of blood where ever they go – executing soldiers, beheading police officers, Christians, children, and other innocent civilians.
According to news outlets, Obama granted amnesty to Baghadadi and thousands of other terrorists since the U.S. was pulling out of Iraq and closing Camp Bucca. President Bush had prophetically warned earlier that leaving Iraq would cause such a problem. On July 12, 2007, Bush declared: “To begin withdrawing before our commanders tell us we’re ready would be dangerous for Iraq, for the region and for the United States. It would mean surrendering the future of Iraq to al-Qaeda. It would mean that we’d be risking mass killings on a horrific scale. It would mean we’d allow the terrorists to establish a safe haven in Iraq to replace the one they lost in Afghanistan. It would mean we’d be increasing the probability that American troops would have to return at some later date to confront an enemy that is even more dangerous.” Today ISIS controls a safe haven the size of the country of Belgium. U.S. generals admit American troops may soon need to return to Iraq to confront ISIS on the front lines.
One may think that Obama learned from his earlier mistake. However, earlier this year, Obama released five more senior al-Qaeda commanders in a trade for an American soldier, who deserted his unit and caused deaths to those Americans searching for him. Released were al-Qaeda’s former defense minister, senior military commander, minister of intelligence, and an individual who plotted attacks against Americans forces and the supplier of road side bombs to the terrorists. All have vowed to return to the front lines to continue their jihad against America.
While Americans may not see Baghadadi or these commanders in America or the opportunity to collect the $10 million warrant on Baghadadi, the insurgents are already here. It is known ISIS terrorists have used the southern border, aligning themselves with the MS13 gang to come into America through an unprotected border. Recently James O’Keefe documented two videos showing himself dressed as Osama bin Laden and as an ISIS terrorist holding a fake decapitated head with the ISIS flag walking from Mexico into America, six miles to US-10 where anyone could have picked him up in the middle of the day. There was no border patrol and he went unquestioned showing how easy it is for terrorists to come to America. According to US statistics, approximately 45,000-95,000 people from Islamic nations are captured here illegally at the border each year. Since only 10% are known to be captured, it is estimated that millions or Islamic individuals, including terrorists, are living here illegally in America.
In essence, Obama created the new threat in America. He created ISIS by releasing the ISIS leader from prison along with thousands of other terrorist that became insurgents for ISIS. Obama is responsible for the butchering of innocent lives and the safe haven region ISIS has created. Obama will be responsible for American troops needing to return to a land he claimed was secure to confront an enemy that is even more dangerous. Obama will be responsible for any attack on America as he has weakened our national security in an effort to grant amnesty to attract millions (including terrorists) over the border, using these people as political pawns to support the Democrat party by enticing them with government assistance. On all fronts, America is more dangerous due to Obama’s release of the ISIS leader.
