Stand for the Flag, Kneel for the Cross

Filed under: Uncategorized — frankaquila @ 3:05 am

Stand for the Flag, Kneel for the Cross

The American flag is a symbol of freedom and our National Anthem is the song of freedom recognizing those who fought and died for our freedom.  It is proudly sung before ceremonies and sporting events to bring all Americans together regardless of their differences of religion, race, status, or political view.  The sports arena has always been one place all Americans were allowed to come together to root for their team.

Unfortunately, the NFL has changed everything by the ignorance of Commissioner Roger Goodell when he allowed Colin Kapernick to protest the National Anthem and the American Flag in 2016 in his protest of “police brutality.”  He disrespectfully wore socks symbolizing police as pigs.  Goodell and others ignorantly call it free speech; but Goodell said, “No” to the Dallas Cowboys who inquired to wear a symbol on their uniform honoring police officers murdered in Dallas.  Goodell also fined Quarterback Robert Griffin III (RG3) for wearing non-approved clothing forcing RG3 to remove his “Know Jesus, Know Peace” shirt and turn it inside out.

While Goodell enforces some rules, he is not enforcing the NFL League Rule book pages A62-63 pertaining to the National Anthem which states, “The National Anthem must be played prior to every NFL game, and all players must be on the sideline for the National Anthem.””During the National Anthem, players on the field and bench area should stand at attention, face the flag, hold helmets in the left hand, and refrain from talking.”  “Failure to be on the field by the start of the National Anthem may result in discipline, such as fines, suspensions, and/or, the forfeiture of draft choice(s).

Goodell is the son of a liberal New York Senator and he ignored the NFL Rule book, while allowing players to bring their politics to the stadium of “racial injustice.”

This is not about “Freedom of Speech” since the NFL is a business.  Just as the average citizens are not allowed to engage in political protests or political activity while working, neither is the NFL.  Once a player walks onto the field, he is being paid for his services.

These players who exhort their political views in protest at the same time expecting to get paid wealthy checks that America provided them are hypocrites.  If these NFL players feel the need to protest, don’t show up on game day, make your statement, and don’t get paid.  Then you won’t be hypocrites and you can go find a venue and lead your own movement.

Professional athletes are supposed to be examples for the youth of America.  These NFL players are a disgrace, except for some few exceptions.  One exception is Pittsburg Steelers’ Alejandro Villanueva, who as an ex- Army Ranger broke away from his team to stand solo in recognition of flag and country.  Afterward, sales of his jersey soared to number one, while his coach criticized his patriotism.

I have shut off the NFL network and I will no longer attend any game where a player feels he can make a divisive political statement regardless of the sport.  I have better things to do than to watch political football.

The only player that should kneel are those players who meet at midfield following each football game to join together, kneel, and pray to Jesus.

These are the real players.  They are the ones that stand for the flag and kneel for the cross.

Democrats created Nuclear North Korea, Iran

Filed under: Uncategorized — frankaquila @ 10:23 pm

Democrats created Nuclear North Korea, Iran

America is in danger and faces a real threat of a terrifying nuclear bomb.  North Korea has the capability of firing an ICBM (Intercontinental Ballistic Missile) attached with a nuclear war head with the ability to hit the United States, due to an agreement in 1994.  President Bill Clinton arranged $4 billion in energy aid to North Korea for a commitment from North Korea to freeze and dismantle their Nuclear Weapon Development Program.  Essentially, the US gave money to North Korea on a promise with no verification.  Clinton said in 1994, “This agreement is good for the United States, good for our allies, and good for the safety of the entire world.”  Instead, North Korea pocketed billions of American tax dollars to expedite the same nuclear program they promised to dismantle.

Now President Trump has a dilemma to deal with.  As time passes, North Korea continues to development more long range capabilities.  If Trump attacks North Korea to prevent an attack on America, he will be blamed for the risk of massive civilian lives lost in North Korea or potentially an attack on South Korea or Japan.  Guam and Hawaii as well as targets along Washington, Oregon, and California are within reach of the nuclear ICBM.  However, if Trump does not attack, North Korea’s technology will continue to provide them many more options as they gain advanced nuclear weapon technology, including a nuclear submarine capable of striking a number of targets.

The unfortunate deal by President Clinton with North Korea is now mirrored by the same deal President Obama made with Iran.

Robert Kauffman, professor of public policy at Pepperdine University stated, “(President) Obama’s feckless nuclear deal (with Iran) is the sequel.”  “We have lifted sanctions on Iran, infusing that tottering economy with much-needed cash, in exchange for an agreement that enables Iran to cross the nuclear threshold.”  He continued that we cannot “enforce the agreement even if we detect unambiguous violation because enforcement depends on the U.N. Security Council.

America and its citizens are in danger since President Clinton and Obama both allowed North Korea and Iran to develop nuclear weapons.  Like North Korea is the threat of today, Iran will be the threat of tomorrow.

The Democrat KKK Double Standard

Filed under: Uncategorized — frankaquila @ 4:31 pm

The Democrat KKK Double Standard

Martin Luther King stated, “I look to a day when people will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.”  No race is superior to another; but the Democrat party has tried to link President Trump and his supporters to the KKK without looking into their own mirror and history.

KKK Grand Wizard William Quigg donated and endorsed Hillary Clinton for president in March 2016 while Trump has disavowed any ties to the KKK.  Trump stated all organizations of hate are unacceptable. This includes the KKK, Antifa, or Black Lives Matter, which uses their name as a mask to incite violence with political and racial tension.

Let’s look at the facts of the KKK.

The Democrat party created the KKK to fight against equal rights for blacks after Republican President Abraham Lincoln won the Civil War.  No Democrat voted for the 14th Amendment to grant citizenship to blacks.  The KKK was honored at every Democrat National Convention from 1868 through the 1930’s.

Several prominent Democrats were KKK members including President Harry Truman; Hugo Black, who was appointed by Franklin D. Roosevelt to the Supreme Court from 1937-1971.

Democrat Majority Leader, Robert Byrd, who was not only a KKK member; but a Grand Keagle, a recruiter for the KKK signed up members for $10 a head.  He joined because it “offered excitement,” and because the Klan was an effective force in “promoting American values.”  He stated in a letter, “The Klan is needed today as never before, and I am anxious to see its rebirth…. in every state in the nation.” Byrd became the Democrat leader of the U.S. Senate and served from 1951-2010 and filibustered the 1964 Civil Rights Act.

In the 1960’s Martin Luther King, a Republican, fought against the Democrats, ultimately sacrificing his life for his dream of equality. It was Republicans and a black Republican by the name of A. Phillip Randolph, who organized King’s March on Washington in 1963, which was opposed by Democrat President John F. Kennedy, who used the FBI to target King while Attorney General Robert Kennedy, Democrat, used wiretapping to spy on Martin Luther King.

Remember Governor George Wallace?   Democrat.  Bull Connor?  Democrat.  They supported slavery and were the ones turning water hoses and dogs on black protesters in the 1960s

Democrat President Lyndon B. Johnson, who as a senator, also fought against the Civil Rights Act in 1957, was also known as a racist. Yet, he realized “negroes” “were getting pretty uppity these days.” LBJ continued, “Now, we’ve got to do something about this, we’ve got to give them a little something, just enough to quiet them down, not enough to make a difference.” After Johnson signed the Civil Rights Act, he stated to two governors on Air Force One, “I’ll have those niggers voting Democratic for the next 200 years.”

As recently as the 1980s, Senator Ernest Hollings, Democrat of South Carolina, publicly referred to blacks as “darkies” and Hispanics as “wetbacks” without suffering any punishment from his party.

In 1983, Republican President Ronald Reagan signed into law Martin Luther King Day as a national holiday.  However, in 1985, then-Arkansas Governor Bill Clinton, Democrat, signed Act 985 into law, making the birthdates of Martin Luther King and Robert E. Lee, the general who led the Civil War Confederate Army, state holidays on the same day in Arkansas.

On May 5, 1993, Clinton praised ex-Arkansas Senator J. William Fulbright as “my mentor,” as he gave the nation’s highest civilian award – the Presidential Medal of Freedom – to a man who spent the vast majority of his public career and life as a proud segregationist, who voted against the 1964 and 1965 Civil Rights Acts.

I have no problem placing Civil War monuments in a Civil War museum; but there should not be a double standard.  Monuments of racists Democrats should be also be taken down and placed in their own Racist Democrat Museum.

Trump – Russian Collusion is Fake News

Filed under: Uncategorized — frankaquila @ 8:59 pm

The Democrats and their associates in the media have been trying desperately to paint a picture of Russian collusion with Trump during the election to set grounds for impeachment.

Senator Marco Rubio paraphrased a quote from Donald Trump to former FBI Director James Comey stating, “Can you please tell the American people what these leaders in congress already know, what you already know, what you told me three times that I am not personally under investigation.” Comey agreed with the paraphrase replying, “Yes sir” confirming that Trump was not under investigation.

Rubio continued to ask Comey, “Did you ever wonder why of all the things in this investigation, the only thing that has never been leaked is the fact that the president was not personally under investigation, despite the fact that both Democrats and Republicans and the leadership of congress knew that and have known for weeks.” Comey replied, “I don’t know.”

Individual(s) left behind from the Obama administration have been anonymous sources spreading to the media “fake news” as well as feloniously unmasking Americans from intelligence surveillance, such as General Mike Flynn.

When Comey was asked about the report from the NSA, FBI, and CIA that concluded that there was “no evidence in our report” that member of the Trump campaign colluded with the Russians, Comey responded that the report was correct.

Despite no evidence of collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign, the media and Democrats continue to paint this picture even though Democrats are forced to admit they have no evidence of collusion.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who recommended the firing of Comey to Trump, then appointed Robert Mueller, a former FBI Director, to head a Special Counsel to oversee the FBI investigation into Russian election interference, including any potential links between the Trump campaign and Russia.

Robert Mueller, who is supposed to conduct his investigation independently, who is a friend of Comey, has appointed “independent prosecutors” on his Special Counsel who are evidently biased against Trump.

The National Law Journal reported Mueller has hired Michael Dreeben, who donated to Obama in 2008 and Hillary Clinton in 2006.

Mueller hired Andrew Weissmann, who donated six times to Obama’s presidential campaign as well as the DNC in 2006.

Mueller hired Jeannie Rhee, who as recently as 2015 represented the Clinton Foundation to block FOIA requests relating to ties to the Department of State and racketeering. She has also donated to the DNC as well as the Obama campaign in 2008 and 2011 and Clinton’s campaign in 2015 and 2016.

Mueller also hired James Quarles who has a long history of donating to Democrats from 1987 through 2016 and also donated to Hillary in 2016.

A Special Counsel should be “independent” and include collusion between Hillary Clinton and the Russians for selling 20% of American uranium to the Russians for millions donated to the Clinton Foundation as well as hundreds of thousands Bill Clinton received for the Russians.

The Special Counsel should also look into Obama’s interference into the election in Israel when American tax dollars were given to the opposition party to influence the election against Benjamin Netanyahu.

Maybe the Special Counsel can investigate Obama’s Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, who told Comey to refer to Hillary Clinton’s email investigation only as a “mater.”

We should have a Special Counsel look into the murder of Seth Rich, who was the DNC leaker to Wikileaks.

In the end, this Special Counsel is filled with those who would rather lay the ground material against President Trump for their Democrat friends to begin an impeachment against him even though the real criminals were the ones the Special Counsel supported on the Democrat side.

Special Counsel of Trump a good thing for Trump

Filed under: Uncategorized — frankaquila @ 3:26 pm

Special Counsel of Trump a good thing for Trump

Since the election of Donald Trump as president, Democrats have been trying to set the narrative that the Trump team colluded with the Russians to influence the election. The Democrats demanded a Special Counsel to look into these allegations to keep the narrative running and to place a dark cloud over Trump and the Republicans in their effort to persuade public opinion in order to win back Congress, the U.S. Senate, and ultimately the White House.

So far there has been no evidence of any ties between the Trump team and the Russians. James Clapper, Obama’s Director of National Intelligence (DNI) has stated on May 12, 2017 that the NSA, FBI, CIA, and his office “had no evidence of such collusion.” Democratic Senator Diane Feinstein (CA), who sits on the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, stated that she hasn’t seen any evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russians.

While the Special Council seems like a “Witch Hunt” by Democrats delegitimize the Trump presidency, this is actually good for Trump. It puts the issue to rest and I suspect the result of the investigation will show there was no collusion, which is bad news for Democrats.

Trump and the Republicans should be calling for several other Special Counsels to investigate other criminal activity within the government including the illegal electronic surveillance by those in the Obama administration on the Trump team and those leaking such intelligence to the media. Several felonies were committed when individuals within the National Security Council, whom over sixty percent were appointed by Obama, illegally unmasked individuals within the Trump team violating their legal protection under privacy as American citizens and anonymously leaked those classified reports collected through a FISA warrant to the media. The media has used the private conversations between Russian Ambassadors as examples of collusion even though such conversations with ambassadors of various countries are normal. Feinstein admitted, “There are all kind of rumors around. There are newspaper stories, but that is not necessarily evidence.”

We should welcome Special Counsel to investigate collusion between Hillary Clinton and the Russians for selling 20% of American uranium to the Russians for the millions donated to the Clinton Foundation as well as the hundreds of thousands Bill Clinton received from the Russians in speaking fees.

We should have a Special Counsel for the $500,000 donated by the Clintons to Jill McCabe, who was running for the State Senate and is the wife of FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe, who was the official in charge of investigating the emails of Hillary’s private server. Can we say unethical and conflict of interest?

We should have a Special Counsel for Hillary’s private server with the 33,000 email and classified material leaked along with the private meeting of Attorney General Loretta Lynch and Bill Clinton on the tarmac of an Arizona airport. More conflict of interest.

We should have a Special Counsel for the murder of Seth Rich, who was the DNC leaker to Wikileaks.

We should have a Special Counsel for lies and cover-up of the murders in Benghazi. We should have a Special Counsel for the IRS scandal of targeting conservative organizations with the cover-up of destroying the email servers. We should have a Special Counsel for President Obama’s surveillance of Republican presidential candidates including Rand Paul and Marco Rubio. We should have a Special Counsel for the deaths of Veterans at the VA hospital during the Obama administration. We should have a Special Counsel for the deception of the Iran deal and the billions given to them from Obama. We should have a Special Counsel for Fast and Furious when the Obama administration sold weapons to the Mexican drug cartels that were used to kill two border patrol agents.

Special Counsels are good and there should be a lot of government people held responsible, including jail.  While the Special Counsel against Trump smells of a “Witch Hunt” based on trumped up information, this will put the issue to rest; but at the same time, other Special Counsels against the real criminals in Washington is another way to “Drain the Swamp.”

Democrats mislead people on Gas Tax

Filed under: Uncategorized — frankaquila @ 12:58 pm

California drivers pay more for gasoline than any other state. Yet, they will be paying even more as Governor Jerry Brown and the Democrats approved another 12 cents per gallon tax on the people including an increase in DMV fees as well as a $100 annual fee on zero-emission vehicles as part of their latest money grab from the people of California.

State Democrats and Brown claim the $52 billion in taxes will fix the roads right? Not so fast.  We have been down that road before with an increase in gas tax for the roads and where did that lead us? It is another game of switch-a-roo and moving the money around as they choose. They moved money from one area of the state budget and leave another area short to justify their reasons for a tax increase. Surely Brown and the Democrats would not tell the people the money was needed to fund Brown’s choo choo or that the state is spending billions to supply multiple agencies in supporting and funding programs for illegal aliens. Diverting road tax funds from the state budget creates a need where they can justify creating the largest transportation tax in the state’s history. It is all built on a lie to the people.

Only 60 percent will actually go to road projects. The first billion will fund high speed rail, assumed by some to ultimately cost $200 billion, and most of the people will never use it. Millions more will be spent on park restroom maintenance, corridors to improve animal travel, as well as millions to encourage people to visit state parks.  Another billion will be used on bike lanes, which means less lanes for traffic, and $435 million plus on an unneeded light rail system.

The people of California will pay for the lies by our misleading state representatives though a higher gas tax and fees that doesn’t carry an expiration date. This tax increase is forever. These taxes and fees will be added to our already enormous transportation cost when California drivers already pay for a “designer” gasoline that no other state uses, adding another 12 cents per gallon. These taxes add up when you add a 39 cent California excise tax with a 10 cent cap and trade fee tax collapsed into the gas price with the .18 cents federal excise taxes and not to mention the 30 to 43 cents per gallon cost each person pays in California sales tax. This has become taxation upon taxation.  The additional hidden cost will be passed down to the consumer a hidden tax as additional fees to pay for the cost of shipping at the store.

In the end, it will be the tax-paying people of California that will be hit the hardest while the Democrats and Governor Brown have given “pot holes” a whole new meaning as they continue to use and mislead the people with smoke and mirrors. Maybe they should be more concern with the people of California than making it a sanctuary state. California has a taxation problem only because the Democrats have a mismanagement problem.

100 Days: Trump Making America Great Again

Filed under: Uncategorized — frankaquila @ 2:48 am

President Donald Trump is leading America back to greatness. He is not a typical politician and he is not politically correct. He just believes in getting things done and running America like a business, putting successful people in the right position in his unashamed commitment of American greatness.  Trump has shown in his first 100 days that he would fulfill his promises to the electorate to make America great again and he has already accomplished an impressive list of achievements.
Trump began bringing jobs back to America before he was sworn in as president, negotiating with both Ford and Carrier to stay in America. Other companies, such as Samsung, Exxon, Fiat, and Hasbro have already begun the process of returning their businesses to America to create more American jobs. Trump signed an executive order revitalizing the coal industry and approved the Dakota Access Pipeline and the Keystone Pipeline, which will create more jobs and bring energy independence to America.

While Trump is putting American industry and the private sector to work, he is eliminating government regulations and freezing non-essential hiring throughout the federal government, including a five year ban on lobbyist. The Wall Street Journal editorial stated, “So far the Trump administration is a welcome improvement, rolling back more regulations than any president in history.”  As a result, Trump has already cut the U.S. debt burden by $68 billion while the Philly Fed Index, a survey of how well manufacturers are doing, has hit its highest level since 1984. The NFIB Small Business Optimism Index is at its highest level since 2004. Economic and consumer confidence are surging.

Trump has put America’s security as a top priority.  Illegal immigration is down 67 percent. Border Patrol and ICE are deporting criminals and “sanctuary cities” that harbor criminal illegal aliens face losing federal funding.

Trump reacted to Syria’s murder of woman and children. He sanctioned Iran over their missile program. He dropped a 21,600 pound bomb on the ISIS headquarters and training facility with many underground tunnels. Trump is building up a military while dealing with the nuclear threat of an unhinged leader in North Korea, which was enabled by former President Bill Clinton when he removed sanctions from North Korea on an empty promise not to seek nuclear weapons.

Trump selected Neil Gorsuch to the United States Supreme Court, who will defend freedom and protect America from judicial activism.

Trump signed an executive order to protect police officers, created a task force to reduce crime, and signed an executive order to target drug cartels.

Trump is working at a neck-breaking pace in just 100 days. He will reduce taxes, eliminate the burden of Obamacare, renegotiate NAFTA even while the Democrats continue to try to stop him with rogue judges or obstruction.  Trump is leading with an agenda to Make America Great Again.

Was Russian meddling a Smokescreen for Obama?

Filed under: Uncategorized — frankaquila @ 2:16 am

Democrats have been trying to create an impression that Russia influenced the 2016 election.  They have speculated about Trumps’s team, businesses, taxes, campaign, and Trump, himself, colluding with the Russians without providing any evidence.  They speculated that voting machines were hacked by the Russians as well as Hillary’s unsecure and illegal server, her campaign manager’s email, and the DNC without providing an ounce of evidence.

Wikileaks founder Julian Assange released emails and records were not disputed and he has stated there was no Russian connection.  Instead, he implied that Seth Conrad Rich, a Democrat staffer was the leaker.  Rich was murdered on July 20, 2016 in what was reported as a robbery gone wrong at 4:30 am.  However, his watch, wallet, and phone were still on him and bruises were found on his hands, face, and knees as a sign he had earlier fought against those tied to his murder.

While the Democrats attempted to look for ties to Russia with Trump, they ignored Hillary’s approval of 20% of American uranium sold to Russia just before millions were given to the Clinton Foundation by the Russians or the many meetings she had with the Russian ambassador, including other prominent Democrats.

After Trump began his transition to the presidency, various leaks within the government began to emerge of Trump and his staff’s private conversations.  General Flynn resigned and Trump acknowledged private conversations with various leaders were leaked to the media.

The New York Times reveled that in the final days of the Obama administration, the power of the National Security Administration, which does surveillance, were expanded.  The New York Times also reported a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance (FISA) warrant was sought in June to examine “U.S. persons in Donald Trump’s campaign.” That request was denied; but a request in October was granted by three judges appointed by President Clinton after evidence was presented possibly related to the Trump campaign and its alleged links to two Russian banks.

A FISA warrant is a criminal warrant to do surveillance, which means the sitting president of the incumbent party was investigating the presidential candidate and his campaign.

To prevent American fingerprints, the Obama administration used GCHQ, which is the official British spying agency to monitor Trump and his associates with access to the NSA database.  Three intelligence sources and the British have confirmed they assisted the Obama administration and former Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

If all is true, American citizens had illegal surveillance.  Further complicating matters, Hillary Clinton, as a private citizen, received such information from the Obama administration, which immediately used the information for her benefit.  These are arrestable offenses of high crimes.

Further, President Obama received the action between his attorney general and the FBI on the FISA surveillance in his daily intelligence briefing.

All along, Americans have been duped to believe the Russians were colluding with the Trump campaign without a shred of evidence.  Now, it is beginning to appear the Russian hoax was a smokescreen to cover up the activity of surveillance against Trump and his campaign by the Obama administration.

Keeping America Safe

Filed under: Uncategorized — frankaquila @ 6:47 pm

Keeping America Safe

President Trump swore to protect and defend Americans by keeping them safe from terrorism.  The previous administration had identified seven nations that were either sponsors of terrorism or are controlled by terrorists, including ISIS and Al-Queda.  Yet, those nations – Iraq, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Somalia, Libya, and Sudan – had refugees approved to come to America without know who they were.

ISIS sent messages to their militants to use the refugee program to hide their militants among the refugees to commit terrorists’ attacks in Europe and to come to America.  Trump was not going to jeopardize American lives and therefore put a 90 day temporary ban on those nations to find a plan to be assured no terrorists are coming to America by improving the screening process to keep America safe.  It is the Democrats and Obama who are responsible for creating the refugee crisis through the vacuum created in Iraq when America left Iraq forcing the Iraqi government to release thousands of violent criminals and thugs from prison, which formed ISIS.

Democrats emerged from their swamp of hypocrisy to protest this travel ban, despite knowing past presidents have used travel bans on immigrants.  Obama had used the travel ban 19 separate times, including a six month travel ban on Iraqi refugees in 2011 and most recently a travel ban on Cuban refugees, stranding legal Cuban travelers just a month ago.  There were no protests or tears against Obama’s travel ban.  I can assume Democrat leader Chuck Schumer forgot his statement in November 2015 that a refugee pause “may be necessary” as tears swelled up in his own eyes.

The fake news media pushed the narrative calling Trump’s ban a “Muslim ban” when only seven of the 57 identified Muslim nations were affected.  The Democrat aligned media called the ban “unconstitutional” despite knowing that 16 current Democrat U.S. Senators and 57 Democrat Representatives were part of a unanimous vote in 2002 that passed the Enhanced Border Security and Visa Reform Act restricting non-immigrant visas from countries designated as state sponsors of terror following the attack on September 11, 2001.  This law is still a Federal Law: 8 U.S. Code 1735.  Trump had legal right and authority to enforce the law for security.  The Democrats used their own theater to persuade public opinion and promote protests against President Trump claiming his actions were “unconstitutional” knowing full well he has legal authority through their own vote and previous actions by other presidents.

Opponents filed an appeal for a temporary ban to U.S District Judge James Robart in Seattle, who granted their appeal.  Harvard Law Professor, Alan Dershowitz, who is an admitted liberal, disagreed with the ruling stating the U.S. Supreme Court has already ruled the U.S. Constitution does not protect non-citizens; therefore the ruling is an “uphill climb” for those states.

Still, those protestors who came with their cardboard signs and expressed their tears against the ban were never there for the 140 police officers killed in the line of duty in 2016.  There were no tears for the 424,000 unemployed veterans or the 39,471 homeless veterans.  No, only rage and tears for 109 travelers who were inconvenience and verified before their release; even though over 325,000 people traveled to America that weekend.

I am sure each of those protestors locks their doors at night not because they don’t love the people outside; but because they love the people inside and want to keep them safe.

President Trump believes a nation without borders is not a nation.  He believes it is better to prevent a terrorist attack on America rather than responding to a terrorist attack on America.  Trump loves Americans and wants to keep America safe.

Mexico’s Law more

Filed under: Uncategorized — frankaquila @ 12:40 am

Mexico’s Law more strict than Trump

President Trump has been called a “racist” and  “unsympathetic” toward illegal aliens.  Really?

How does Mexico treat those entering their country illegally?

According to Mexico’s immigration laws, Article 32 states you must speak Spanish and must be a professional who is useful to the Mexican society.  There are no bilingual programs in the school and no pressing 2 for English.  All business must be conducted in Spanish.  Investors are welcome; but must pay higher than minimum wage and your land purchases are restricted.  Article 34 states that foreigners must have the necessary funds to support themselves and their dependents.  There are no welfare programs, food stamps, government housing or entitlements.

Article 87 states foreigners must be “physically and mentally healthy.” Articles 73, 85, 86, 87 state foreigners must be on a national population registry, cooperating with federal local, and municipal police.  Article 116 states foreigners using fake documents face a fine and imprisonment.  Immigrants must show birth certificate to show citizenship and must have identification when voting.  Articles 117-121 state foreigners who fail to obey laws will be fined, deported, and felons imprisoned.   No one is allowed to enter the country with a criminal record. There is no due process of deportation.  There is no 14th Amendment.  Law enforcement officers are required to enforce Mexico’s immigration laws at all times.  Articles 123-126 make illegal immigration a felony.  Articles 127 state any Mexican who marries a foreigner with the sole objective of helping the foreigner is subject to five years in prison.

The government of Mexico benefits from American policies since criminals and their poor flee to America for many free benefits and a safe haven provided for them.

President Trump’s policies are much kinder.  He wants to prevent criminals, terrorist, gang members, drug cartels, and human traffickers from entering America.  He wants to reduce the tax burden on the American taxpayer, which according to www.politicallyincorrectfacts.com is $383 Billion Dollars annually for healthcare, education, incarceration, and social services.  This is far more than the one-time payment of $10 Billion to build a wall and far less than the $140 Billion Obama gave to Iran.

President Trump is for legal immigration and hears the voices of victims that are suffering from the hand of criminals here illegally, who find refuge in sanctuary cities.  These sanctuary cities undermine our rule of law to protect criminals and provide them benefits while many Americans live in poverty and struggle to find jobs.  Maybe the mayors of sanctuary cities can provide the same love for the families of veterans.  If not, they are welcome to move to Mexico where the immigration laws are much stricter.  However, don’t call the president of Mexico a “racist” or you may end up in jail or worse – never to be heard from again!
