Shocking: The Number of Agencies in California

Filed under: Uncategorized — frankaquila @ 1:28 pm

I don’t care whether you are a Democrat or a Republican. This list has to shock you. Over the years, our politicians have created this enormous pork barrel of agencies and countless more via contracts with the State. All of these people get salaries, medical coverage and pensions at our expense. Take a good, close look. Is this really what you want your tax dollars to fund?

Democrat Energy Plan = High Gas!

Filed under: Uncategorized — frankaquila @ 7:08 pm

Democrat Energy Plan = High Gas !!!

During the 2006 election, the Democrats tried to link the Republican party as the cause of high gas prices. In 2006, the national average for gasoline was $2.18 per gallon and Nancy Pelosi stated on April 24, 2006 “Democrats have a commonsense plan to help bring down skyrocketing gas prices.” and “Democrats have a plan to lower gas prices.” However, since the Democrat party took control of congress in January 2007, gasoline has doubled to $4.49 per gallon. Why? The reason is as simple as supply and demand, not smoke and mirrors as the Democrats so often try to portray on the people.

Every country runs on oil, and because the United States uses more oil than it produces, we must pay the world market price for oil. We now import 65% of the oil we use from other countries. Even though we have the resource in America to be energy independent, the Democrats have blocked every effort to make this a reality.

Alaska sits on a pool of oil, which could be explored without disrupting the Artic National Wildlife Refuge. The people of Alaska overwhelmingly support this proposal. Now, the Russians have begun exploration for oil in the Artic Circle. Oil is also known to be in Utah, Colorado, and off the coast of California and Florida. Florida recently declined exploration of oil off its coast. As a result, Cuba has made a deal with China to tap into the same pool of oil 60 miles off the coast of Florida. Because China and Cuba lack the superior technology we have in America, they would benefit from our resources. However, if an oil spill did occur, they will take the oil, leaving America with the potential oil spills to clean up.

In 1995, the Republican controlled Congress passed a Congressional Bill to open a small region (ANWR) in Alaska to tap into the available oil. The Democrats protested claiming there would be no results “for 10 years”. Ultimately, the Congressional Bill was vetoed by President Clinton. Even by the Democrats own time table, America could have been energy independent of foreign oil in 2005.

As usual, the Democrats have attempted to stop our own exploration of oil in America. This has put our environment and our economy at risk because we are forced to rely upon the world for oil. Compared to other nations in the world, America has superior, environmentally-friendly technology guided with Environmental Laws to gather the resources while protecting the environment.

In 1990, the Democrat party led congress to mandated the use of cleaner burning gasoline, which forced oil companies to use the additive MTBE, for the purpose of cleaning up the air. However, this additive contaminated the drinking water.

The Democrats have also stopped all progress on any oil or gasoline refinery being built in America since the 1970’s.

Today, the Democrats still lack an energy plan, except to raise taxes on vehicles, gas and the people while mascerating the blame of high gas on the “evil” oil companies. While Big Oil made huge profits, the government made nearly four times their profit compared to Big Oil. Big Oil recieves 4% profit after expenses while the government takes 15% from the people in oil taxes for doing nothing; but the Democratic Congress had no problem passing H.R. 5351, which essentially raised the price we pay at the gas pump and gave a huge tax break to Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, the dictator who hates America. Now, the Democrats want to tax our energy even more with a 25 cent increase in the State Gas Tax as well as a 50 cent increase in the Federal Gas Tax. They also want to place a major tax on oil companies (which again would be passed on to consumers). Raising taxes won’t produce any more oil. What do the Democrats want? $6.00 per gallon gasoline? How would the increase in gas affect the prices of other common items, like food, that need gas to be transported? The cost, once again, would be passed along to the consumer.

America invented the peaceful use of nuclear power. Yet, modern Democrats usually oppose it as a source of energy. We have never lost a life to nuclear energy production. Even nations such as France derive most of their electricity from nuclear power. Why does the Democrat party routinely oppose nuclear power in America?

We need to be less dependent on foreign oil and proactive in seeking a diversity of environmentally-safe, technology solutions to fuel America. For example, we should embrace ethanol as a fuel source as well as sugar cane-derived fuel. We should have new investments in clean-coal technology because our nation is so rich in sources of coal. Wind, solar, and hydro-electric energy should all be explored in useful ways.

Most of the candidates running for office will tout their willingness to follow though with solutions for a plan for energy; but the only suggested energy solutions of the Democrat party so far has been to increase taxes on gasoline.

Drilling for oil here in America is a sensible short term solution. Drilling the people with more taxes always seems to be the Democrat party’s only solution.

How the Democrat delegate became a Republican

2008 Democratic National Convention…How the delegate became a Republican

It will be interesting to watch the Democratic National Convention this year as they decide on their presidential candidate.

The agenda for the convention should be entertaining as the delegates arrive in their refurbished Yugo’s and the “do as I say and not as I do” party elite arrive in their tax payer funded private jets and S.U.V.’s.

The delegates will feel welcomed as they pay a “Convention Tax”, greeted by Ted Kennedy purposing a toast to each of them in their arrival.

The convention begins with an American flag-burning ceremony followed by a “pledge of allegiance” to the U.N.flag in French.

Ted Kennedy then purposes a toast during the opening prayer to a tree by Al Gore.

There celebration begins with an anti-war rally moderated by Michael Moore and an anti-war concert by Barbara Streisand.

The delegates each pay the “Anti-War Rally and Concert Tax” with the proceeds going to the “Freedom Fighter Defense Fund” at Guantanamo Bay.

Ted Kennedy proposes anther toast as multiple gay marriage ceremony begins.

The delegates are relieved to know that N.A.M.B.L.A., a man-boy homosexual love club, will be supplying the day care at the regular tax rate.

Ted Kennedy purposes another toast as Sandy Berger host the “Top Secret Document ‘Stuff it’ and Run” Contest.

Ted Kennedy purposes another toast as the workshops begin . The delegates pay their “Workshop Attendance Tax” and have a variety of choices including “Why our troops are War Criminals” by John Kerry, “Free the Freedom Fighters from Guantanamo Bay” by Sean Penn, “Oval Office Affairs” by Bill Clinton, “Make up Tips” by Janet Reno, and the “Terrorist Appeasement Workshop” co-hosted by Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid.

Ted Kennedy purposes another toast as Hugo Chavez give a speech and a toast to the departure of “the Great Satan”, George W. Bush. With that line, the delegates give a standing ovation and Ted Kennedy says, “I’ll drink to that.”

Then a surprise announcement occurs as Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad does a satellite address to the convention expressing his gratitude to the delegates and Democratic leaders for their alliance in their joint cause.

Ted Kennedy purposes another toast as Cindy Sheehan then leads the Saddam Husein Memorial Rally.

The delegates then head to the award ceremony and pay their “Ceremonial Tax” as Dan Rather is awarded the “Truth in Broadcasting Award” by Michael Moore.

Senator Robert “KKK” Byrd begins to read from his new book “My Rise from the Klan to C-Span” as he is interrupted in the nomination of the Democratic candidate Barack Hussein Obama.

Immediately, Robert “KKK” Byrd attempts to filibuster the nomination since Barack Hussein Obama is black.

Barack Hussein Obama tells the crowd how great it will be to have”Socialism”,where everyone should depend on the government.

Ted Kennedy purposes a toast to everyone in attendance.

Fleetwood Mac closes the convention with the Democrat Theme Song, “Tell Me Lies, Tell Me Sweet Little Lies” as Bill Clinton ask Ted Kennedy to drive Hillary home.

The delegates then leave paying their “Departure Tax”.

One delegate standing there with his DNC balloon and says to himself, ” This is not the Democrat party of my grandparents or even my parents. What happened? The Democrat party has changed and does not reflect hard working, normal people any longer. It has been hijacked by these radical leaders and radical organizations. This party is just crazy!

Immediately, he lets go of his DNC balloon and drops his program book into the trash. He realizes his money was taxed on foolishness and decides to trade in his Yugo for a safe comfortable vehicle.

He immediately re registers as a Republican and feels free of Socialized Liberalism. He is grateful to God for our freedoms in America and also grateful to our military and veterans for protecting us and making America the greatest country in the world.

And that is how the Democrat delegate become a Republican!

ACLU: Atheist Communist Lawyers Union

Filed under: Uncategorized — frankaquila @ 7:13 pm

Atheist Communist Lawyers Union

The American Civil Liberties Union (A.C.L.U.) is the most dangerous organization in America. It was established by self-proclaimed communist Roger Baldwin in 1920 to “suppress” Christians through a godless revolution and ultimately make America a communist nation. In his book, Liberty Under the Soviets, he explains ” I was not an innocent liberal. I wanted what the communist wanted….” Baldwin further defined socialism as the means and communism as the goal stating “We are for socialism, disarmament, and ultimately for abolishing the state itself…” ” We seek the social ownership of property, the abolition of the propertied class, and the sole control of those who produce wealth. Communism is the goal.” ( See )

On January 17, 1931, a Congressional Committee investigating communist activities in America issued the following in a report: “The American Civil Liberties Union is closely affiliated with the communist movement in the United States, and fully 90% of its efforts are on behalf of Communists who have come into conflict with the law. It claims to stand for free speech, free press, and free assembly; but it is quite apparent that the main function of the ACLU is to attempt to protect the communists in their advocacy of force and violence to overthrow the Government…..Roger N. Baldwin, its guiding spirit, makes no attempt to hide his friendship for the communists and their principles.” (See ) This is the goal of the communist in the Soviet Slogan “Let us drive out the capitalist from Earth and God from Heaven” (See Obama’s Communist Connections ( ) The
ACLU has also been hostile toward Christianity while attempting to remove all references of God in America ( See Communism vs Christianity in manteca bulletin ( )

On January 10, 1963, Rep. Albert S. Herlong read and listed 45 communist goals — from a book titled “The Naked Communist” by Cleon Skousen — into the Congressional Record. Goal No. 15 is to “Capture one or both of the political parties in the U.S.” Using this goal, the Democrat party has been hijacked by communists to fulfill there agenda. ( See The Democrat-Communist Manifesto )

Goal number 16 of the Communist Manifesto is to “Use technical decisions of the court to weaken basic American institutions, by claiming their activities violate civil rights” and goal 29 is to “Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old fashion, out of step with modern needs, a hinderance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis. And replace our nation of “laws, not men” with royal decree emanating from appointed judges and executive orders. Replace elected officials with bureaucrats”.

To accomplish these goals, the Democrats are using the judiciary to appoint judges who were card carrying members of the ACLU, including Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who was general council to the ACLU prior to her appointment to the Supreme Court. President Obama has appointed several radical judges to key position in the judicial system including Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagen to the Supreme Court. He has also appointed Edward Chen, David Hamilton and Goodwin Liu, which the Washington Times has labeled as “radical” judicial nominees. This is not suprising since Socialist and Communist organizations throughout the world and within America have support President Obama and the Democrat party. (See Obama’s Communist Connections (

Through the courts, the Socialist and Communist have used the ACLU to fight against America. The core belief of the ACLU has not changed. They will use the courts to progress communism. As Roger Baldwin, founder of the ACLU, stated “Communism is the goal”.
